Introduction of Oil Thermo Caleder Roller Paper :
Thermo canlender roll shell is manufactured of chilled cast iron. The roll has peripherally drilled longitudinal hole to the surface. The heat transferring oil circulates in those holes and then be led out.
The roll journals are made of steel and fastened to the roll shell with bolts The journals have conical mating surface for roller bearings and are furnished with oil channels for bearing dismounting by pressurized oil, the roll surface difference of temperature ≤±2℃
